Department: Asset management - Retirement estate


Job Description:

We own and operate a retirement community that offers a supportive and comfortable environment for seniors.

Our Asset Management Department is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at one of our retirement home properties. The ideal candidate will share our passion for providing compassionate care to seniors and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized care to senior residents based on their individual needs
  • Assessing and monitoring residents' health status
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participating in resident activities and programs
  • Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid medical license or registration from a recognized healthcare authority
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a senior care setting or related field
  • Proficiency in English (or other foreign languages)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
