Job Description:
We own and operate a retirement community that offers a supportive and comfortable environment for seniors.
Our Asset Management Department is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at one of our retirement home properties. The ideal candidate will share our passion for providing compassionate care to seniors and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care to senior residents based on their individual needs
- Assessing and monitoring residents' health status
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participating in resident activities and programs
- Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Valid medical license or registration from a recognized healthcare authority
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a senior care setting or related field
- Proficiency in English (or other foreign languages)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
