​What happens next after investing funds?





  • Your funds will be held in trust by Fidelity Investment Fund (FIF) until the total raise is achieved. ​​
  • Once the total raise is achieved, the funds will be automatically transferred to the FIF bank account. ​
  • The shareholders agreement is issued for signature.
  • Once signed by all parties, the investment agreement is issued for signature by Pareto Realty. ​
  • When the signing is completed, shares are issued in the FIF. Project commences

Build Equity Through Buy & Hold

Our buy-and-hold strategy involves holding rental property for a period of time, during which the property pays for itself through rental income, producing cash to pay for all expenses while also producing annual profit for investors. These properties can be sold for a profit as equity builds, or held long-term to generate passive income.



Risk management





We mitigate risk by adhering to traditional open market exits, employing conservative sold comparables to determine the targeted Gross Development Value (GDV) – the total sales from selling all the units. We also conduct sensitivity analyses for each scheme, accommodating potential increases in purchase costs due to CPI inflation.


Currently, we receive approximately 100 investment property proposals per month from sellers and developers seeking joint venture property development finance. Each proposal undergoes meticulous assessment through our internal risk management process to evaluate its viability.
